My father in law gave the kids this book a couple of years before he passed away because he was always teasing me that the kids never ate their veggies because they always saw me eating sweets. that was our running joke. I will forever hold this book near and dear to my heart because he gave it to the kids and our "inside joke."

I'm not anti-vegetables or anything but this book was preachy. I found the names of the ants to be too similar so I really had to enunciate well to make sure no one was confused. It didn't leave us with anything at the end, and the pictures weren't that great. Sorry. :(
