Not a good read. Could not relate to any of the characters, including Jules. Couldn't even tell you what it was about. And AVOID THE AUDIO VERSION. Narration was not good.
Too wordy. I barely survived the first chapter.

Excerpt of my review...

The book was a slow starter, but once you get past the first two introductory chapters Tamara N. Houston reels you in and hooks you. She has you sitting on the edge of your seat eager to know more about the heroine – Jules Sinclair.

This was an interesting novel which had some good points. It shows that people are not always who they pretend to be. Everything done in the dark will come to light. Good story just very ongoing. ....
Slow start. I stopped and started several times. Once it picked up speed (at 50% of the book), I couldn't put it down. As I look back, I appreciated the very detailed, though lengthy, back story at the beginning. So if you can make it to the mid point, you should enjoy the rest.

This is one I just didn't get. Tamara can write but I'm not sure why. I didn't feel any thing for Jules or her relationships. I only finished this one because I was my book club selection for the month.

It was a slow start but soon got interesting. I enjoyed the author's style of writing - sounded very much like the voice in my head.

This was not a good book at all to me. The author was trying to do to much and was all over the place.
It was a great book.
