Anaya never breaks the rules, but the night of the fire she recognized part of Cash’s soul—and doomed h

Last year I read Inbetween and fell in love with its sweetness and while I loved Finn, I absolutely adored Cash. So you can imagine my excitement when I found out Cash would be getting his own story. Not only did I want to see more of the world Tara Fuller created in Inbetween, but I also wanted to see where Cash’s story would lead. I have to say, Blurred was much darker than Inbetween and I was not at all disappointed by it.

Love a good book about reapers!
I read Blurred, not having read Inbetween (the first book in the series). While I'm sure it would have helped to know the backstory and relationships between the characters, it didn't phase me very much. You can absolutely still enjoy Blurred.

I absolutely love the cover. It's one of my favorite book covers.

The characters of Anaya and Cash were, in my opinion, executed flawlessly. I was immediately drawn to each character individually, as well as together as a coupl

I thought that I loved the first book, Inbetween, but this one was absolutely amazing!! I loved Cash and Anaya's story. This was even more full of tension and heartbreak than Finn and Emma's story. I was immersed in it, and I had to know where things were going. Admittedly, I did figure out something early on, but not to worry, it's revealed shortly after that anyways. I was almost cursing my perceptiveness, but it did not distract from the story at all. I found that I was able to get more easil ...more

Tara Fuller weaved an experience into Blurred. There is remarkable depth inside this from the characters, their journey and the dark haunted world Fuller created for her reapers. Blurred, the second installment in this series officially made me a forever fangirl. The way she blurs the line between Heaven, Hell and the inbetween with only her words is amazing. I could see the things she spoke of and feel the emotions that were evoked between the characters. Fuller knows just what to say and when ...more

Plenty of plot to keep things moving, and characters that pull your heart strings. As sweet as Finn and Em are in book 1, Cash and Anaya's flaws, determination and depth of love for others are even more winning.

Since I enjoyed reading book 1 so much- my review can be found here- I was excited for the opportunity to read and review book 2 of this series. Once I spent a few pages re-acquainting myself with the premise, I was chewing through p

I just finished blurred this week. If you are looking for an original paranormal series, Tara Fuller's Kissed By Death series is definitely for you. I loved inbetween (book 1) so much that I re-read it before reading blurred (book 2). Of course, that wasn't strictly necessary, but I personally prefer to have the specifics of any previous book in a series in my head when I start the next book. It was great falling in love with all of the characters all over again and then seeing the secondary one ...more

So, last month, when I reviewed Cayla Kluver’s Legacy Series, I swore to myself I would never again write a review that involved multiple books in a series. This did not stem from a place where I considered my review inadequate (I think I was pretty dang informative in that review) It instead came from a place of pure, unadulterated, beat-down-ed-ness (yes, I totally made that up.) Reviews are not an easy thing for me to write. Not bashing anyone else’s style (because we all have one common goal ...more

Who knew Death could be so appealing? I really loved the first book in the series, Inbetween, but this one exceeded all of my expectations. Once I started reading, I was hooked. Blurred was an addicting read, the forbidden love aspect achingly beautiful, and the story wonderfully told.

That cover is seriously one of my favorite covers. Ever. It's gorgeous! <3

I was quite the fan of the previous book in this series, and so it was with great excitement that I began BLURRED by Tara Fuller – a story that expands upon her world of reapers and the blurred lines between life and death and heaven and hell.

I had half been expecting a story about the darkly enchanting reaper named Easton when I first found out about this second book. But I was extremely pleased when I found out that, instead of Easton, it would be told from t

Inbetween was one of my surprise fave reads of last year and I totally fell in love with Finn’s story. As much as I loved Finn I also ended up having a huge soft spot for Chase. Chase was the bad boy with the good heart who at the end of it all lost the one he loved to a dead guy. And then he lost his own life, or at least he should have done and it should have been Anaya who was supposed to do the wicked deed. But Anaya isn’t as strong as first appearances suggest. In the end she saves Chase, r ...more

(I admit it, I read this series out of order. It wasn't until I was about halfway through that I realized that I even *had* the first book...but by that point, I'd already decided that I had to read it. And I did--almost as soon as I finished this one. And less than 24 hours later, I was done. So...if you haven't read the first one yet, starting with the second one is do-able. But first you need to ask yourself why haven't you read the first one yet???? )

Intensely romantic, and at times chilling, BLURRED is as consuming as the shadow demons that plague its pages. Death has never been more addictive!

The story between Anaya and Cash was so powerful. Anaya is a type of grim reaper who needs to collect Cash's soul. She refuses to subject him to a horrid death at a such a young age. She empathizes with him and recognizes him as like a spark to her. But without giving anything away, I just want to say I would recommend reading this novel. It is so powerful and the romantic Juliet and Romeo type relationship between the main characters come alive on the page and in my mind. I couldn't put it down ...more

I know I will love this book more that the first.. I just know.. and I am so glad to say that this 2nd installment of kissed by death didn't disappoint in any way. If anything this has surpasses the Inbetween way easily. Sorry Finn, Cash is just way too adorable.

And well I have already expressed how much I loved Cash's character even from Inbetween. His happy go lucky and Devil may care attitude really made it bearable when I was h

Blurred by Tara A. Fuller I remember reading author Tara Fuller’sInbetween and having absolutely adored it. Romance, grim reapers and past lives? Totally my cup of tea. I was looking forward to read the next novel Blurred and getting to see what would happen next to Emma, Finn and the cast of characters introduced in Inbetween. Howeversince I went into this read completely blind I found myself a bit surprised that the story continues with different main characters than the ones used in Inbetween ...more

Even though there have been so many second books that have proved me wrong, I still can't help but go into a second book apprehensively. And just having read INBETWEEN about a month ago and finding that it's one of the only paranormal books I really enjoyed, I initially was really apprehensive of BLURRED. And of course, Tara Fuller has proven me wrong again, creating an even greater story!

Anaya was such a sweet and loyal character, and I absolutely loved

What if you were given a choice that would lead to something you’ve been working towards for a very long time? But there is a catch. Anaya is faced with this very decision. She’s waited so long to be granted entrance to Heaven, worked so hard delivering souls to the very place she herself wishes to be, where she can be reunited with her family and Tarik. All she has to do is deli

Okay first I want to say just how much I love this cover. Seriously, it's one of my favourite covers ever! With the cool shadow effects and all. And now for the book. Blurred is hands-down on of my favourite 2013 books so far. I was initially worried about reading it because I wanted Cash to remain the same confident guy he was in Inbetween. But the reason I loved Blurred so much is that I found myself connecting with Cash and Anaya so easily. Their journey defi

Oh my goodness, what a fantastic sequel! In Blurred, we discover Cash's story. Quick refresher from Inbetween -- Cash survived a fire in which he should've died. Anaya, a reaper for Heaven, was supposed to have taken his soul but didn't. Ever since that incident, Cash has been seeing shadows. They haunt him. He can't sleep, he can't function, he just can't deal with having them everywhere, sucking the warmth out of every single molecule in the room. H

I really enjoyed Inbetween, the first book in Tara Fuller's Kissed by Death Series, and I loved Finn and Emma, and their story. Cash is Emma's best friend and he was one of my favorite characters in Inbetween. When I found out he was getting his own story I couldn't wait to read it. Cash is the kind of guy that sucks me in when I read a book. He hot (and he knows it), he's kind of a bad boy, is quite the ladies man, and oozes with sex appeal. 4 stars - Loved Cash even more & my heart broke for him

Dang it this world isn't tough. Peeps trying to be good and making mistakes but it's just hard, ya know. Really what this means is the author makes us wait till the very end to see if there can be any happiness in the mess that it took most of the book to make. Of course, that's one of the reasons that I love this authors books, hehe.

I loved the characters in this book the first time around. Seeing Emma and Finn was so great. Unlike a lot of
Blurred is the second book by Tara Fuller for the Kissed by Death Series. This time we have Cash story. I went back in forth in my head as to whether I would say that this book is a stand alone or would it be helpful to read InBetween. I think Tara did a good job of explaining what it means for a soul to be InBetween.I would however recommend reading InBetween because the plot line and character development prepares the reader for Blurred. I enjoyed this book. This was a quick read that I read i ...more

And I thought Inbetween (Kissed by Death #1) was thrilling! Blurred was an amazing read, and at many a time, heart wrenching. I loved Cash from the first novel, Inbetween, and to read him in the state he was in—*shivers*—I wanted to give him as much comfort as Anaya had.

Cash was one of my two big crushes in Inbetween. And honestly, to see him struggle through living in an expired body and the choices he had to make—all of which seeming like they led to a bleak future—I really felt for him. I hat

Cash should have died in a fire but the reaper Anaya couldn't take his soul. Now he is trapped in a dying body surrounded by shadows and Heaven and Hell both want his soul. He only gets peace when Anaya is near him but he doesn't fully trust her. He has to decide which side he wants to play for when he dies and his decision can change many things. He is now a shadow walker and is a special being everyone wants. Anaya is the first girl besides his best friend he has felt anything for and he is tr ...more

I have to say that while I loved the first book in the series I may love this one even more. I didn't think that was possible because I fell in love with Finn but now after getting more insight into Cash I think I am in love. Cash was such an easy character to love especially once you understood why he was so flawed. I felt to sorry for me and all he was going through and hated that his life was going in this direction. NOTE: I got the eARC of this book from Entangled Teen. Thank you guys!

Well, crap. After picking up this book I realized I remembered close to nothing from "Inbetween", the prequel, and I found myself hoping that they won't be too dependent on each other. Thankfully, my hopes didn't not remain just that. In fact, whenever there was a reference to Finn and Emma's story (and yeah, I had forgotten their names too so I had to look them up. Oh, the shame!) all needed details were thoroughly explained

This is the first paranormal novel that I've read and it didn't disappoint. I enjoyed reading Blurred. It’s beautifully written. It's fast pacing and engaging that I wasn't able to stop reading until I finished it. I love the twist and turns and the suspense it brings.

Last week I reviewed Inbetween, and I mentioned how much I loved the character Cash. Well, if you loved him too, this book will be all kinds of awesome for you. Blurred is focused on the lives of Cash and Anaya.

Let me start out by saying that I freaking loved this story! Possibly even more than I did Inbetween. We pick up right after the events in Inbetween. I thought I couldn't love Cash more than I did, but I do. It's great being inside his head, and seeing things the way he does. The only pro

Blurred is so much fun! I really enjoyed Inbetween, the first book in this series, and was especially excited for this one since it features two of my favorite characters - Cash and Anaya! And Blurred certainly did not disappoint.

I love Cash and Anaya. They're such strong, well-developed characters. Lots of YA heroines tend to be whiny and wimpy, but Anaya's the exact opposite - she's determined and will stop at nothing. Loved her! And Cash's sense of humor adds to the story so much. H
Once again I am awed by the world Tara Fuller has created.

Having only read one other Reaper book and using that experience as a comparison, I can honestly say that this is the best Reaper series I’ve read to date. I can speak about the author’s growth (because there were leaps and bounds of growth), the incredibly solid characters and their story (they were that solid), the awesome pace that propelled you to the end and how the ambiance created along with the complexity of the story had you glu
