The author writes a compelling sociological analysis of social networks, both physical and digital. Some concepts seem a little “out there” to me. Other concepts are rooted in sociological theories and are much easier to understand. Overall, this book is a short read and worth your time if you have interest in social network analysis.

Also, the book was published in 2013, and I just read it in 2020. Most concepts are still up-to-date. I give credit to the author for being forward thinking at the
