I did not purchase this book. It came to my collection by way of an estate collection of fashion books that contained much more desirable goodies. To me, the best kind of fashion illustration require the artist to be able to convey the essential quality of the piece of clothing or the wearer and boil it down to the simplest element of what makes them beauty or special.
