Yes, this is is another book about weight loss. But the key here is first determining which of the six eating personalities you are. After that, there is a chapter dedicated to each personality which describes each eating personality and what to do about.

I'd go so far as to say this is the only "diet" book you need if you have serious weight and food issues. It's written by a doctor who not only specializes in obesity medicine and cardiac risk management, but one who was overweight herself.
It's not a "diet," it's a weight loss strategy based on her experience with her own patients and her own struggle with food. I'll be keeping this one and referring to it from time to time for added support.
