I listened to this on cassette in the car. 12 hours, 8 tapes.A killer nicknamed Hoover is stalking Washington. He is called that because he leaves Hoover's right thumbprint at every crime scene. Good story line, and interesting characters, but needs a decent copy editor to eliminate the distracting punctuation errors! A young girl sees her parents murdered by men claiming to be FBI agents in 1969, and seeks revenge thirty years later. The parents -- who turned out to be the brother and sister-in-law of the ruler of Cameroon -- had been victims of a plot by wealthy businessmen and politicians who succeeded in taking over that central African nation to get control of oil reserves.
