Honestly I really don’t like this series. The dialogue in this book and the others are just really bad, everything about it unrealistic and disappointing. I don’t recommend this series unless you want to read weird upsetting books👎👎👎

This was one in Wise's series that the local library somehow missed ordering. I insisted they complete the series and when I was first in line to receive it I put all my other books aside, even Veronica Roth's Insurgent. Yes, this was way better. I love Wise's series, her books admittedly follow a rather predictable format (get a story, do the research, try to cope with the crush and other various school issues) but it feels real and current.
