This did its job, which was to inform me of the basic arguments on both sides of the gender wage gap debate. (This was the only section that I read). It was a little too pitched towards arguing about affirmative action initiatives for women, though. Overall, I'd say that the pro-wage gap camp did a better job remaining objective and convincing.
