If Tempest bitches in this one as much as she did in the last two, I'm going to scream my head off.

This was the final book in the Tempest series at Tempest is home with her father, brothers and Mark. Tempest knows that soon she will become merQueen whether she wants to or not. Nothing could prepare her for what is going on below the land.

Kona arrives and brings news that the merQueen has died and that Tempest has to return once again, only this time going back home may not happen anytime soon. Tempest decides to break up with Mark not wanting him to be caught up in this game with Tiamat.

Check out more of my reviews at ***Singing and Reading in the Rain***!

After investing my time for two installments in the Tempest trilogy, I didn't think any harm would come of finishing it off, considering I highly enjoyed the first two books.

Unfortunately, I found so many flaws that I had not previously noticed. One of the more prominent issues was how awful Tempest was as a character. She tried to be strong and unflappable, but when it came down to it, she always let other people do her work

Not so bad. Just the triangle love that happen in this trilogy make me hate it. It just make thing dragging without any specific reason.
4.5 stars

Tempest Revealed is the last book in the Tempest series by Tracy Deebs. I've never had much luck when it came to mermaid books, but I love how Deebs tackles underwater action and heartfelt romance. In this last installment, Tempest is torn between two worlds. Sea vs Land. Responsibly vs Heart. She must make the ultimate choice to become the merQueen and defeat Tiamat and her evil minions or be human with her family and Mark. Since the two worlds seem to collide, it's not like she can

SPOILERS AHEAD: you've been warned

Let me start with this, this book as well as the second book and probably the first has a lot of poor writing as far as plot development and successful character development in it. Not too mention everything was so cliche and obvious.

Where to start? How about the love triangle which seemed to bother people the most. This love triangle was probably the most poorly executed love triangle I've ever read about and that's saying something because I've read

Yawn.... That's all I have to say. This book was predictable. I was hoping she would choose Kona but went with Mark instead. For one thing she was already with him when the series began and I love it when books describe the meeting of two people who are suppose to be together. I knew when book 2 ended that there was no going back to Kona. This book was very disappointing and by the end I wanted to stop reading and chuck it.

I received this e-ARC from the publishers via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. I was in no way compensated for this review.

I was totally psyched to get the approval from the publishers for Tracey Deebs' Tempest Revealed! This trilogy has been a fun one that definitely takes a fun twist to mermaids! Tempest definitely makes for one intriguing mermaid as she was born one but it's not until she turned seventeen that her mermaid powers and abilities come into existence and when they do

Since I haven't read a well written mermaid based novel in a while, I was super psyched when I got accepted by Netgalley to review Tempest Revealed, the last installment in Tracy Deeb's exhilarating Tempest Series. There has been no shortage of mermaid/siren novels released in the past year, but only a few of them caught my attention, Tempest Rising obviously being one of them. As soon as I flipped to the first page, I knew it was going to be a keeper and eagerly waited for the rest of the ...more

Disappointing ;/ I expected this book to be about fighting Tiamak but no, there just had to be many "emotional moments"... Oh I love you but i can't be with you'cus it's soooo dangerous... <--this book was about that. Just like Twilight... yawn.
And it's not like I'm made of stone - this so called "emotional moments" were just flat, badly written, cliche, super obvious and didn't really do anything to help with the plot. And characters, no, people which I liked in previous books suddenly

I really, really do not want her to be queen and go live in the water. Now I don't want to read it but I still will end up reading it. I hope she still visits land occasionally and they Tiamat dies. Why can't it come out sooner!!!

Spoiler!! I do not want anyone who has not read this book to read this. Taimat was just rude in this book ( taking over the Pacific) in the end she ended up with the man who I disliked. Mark

Tempest has been trying to live as both a mermaid and a human, swimming back whenever she can find time from helping with the clan recover from Tiamats attack to visit her family and Mark, her boyfriend. But when Kona arrives to tell her that Hailana was dead and she needed to return, things go from bad to deadly.

Very exciting though after all the buildup, the end was a little too easy. I wish the guys had had more of a role in the final battle. Not very realistic to have the girl be the main
2.75/5 This series was ok when held up against other mermaid books I've read.

Some things that really bugged me was tempest inability to pick one guy and stick with him i feel like for most of books one and two and the first chapters of book three when she was with one guy but wanted the other. Also to me the big fight climax scenes in book two and three had way to much in common and were predictable.

I found myself really liking the side characters in this series way more then I did the main one

Oh geez, I forgot to review this book, so I re-read it to make sure my thoughts were solid and all that, and they haven't changed at all in the four-ish years that I've had this gathering dust on my shelf.
Man, I was so done with the love triangle in this book when it first came out and that has not let up at all. It's just poorly constructed, and we all knew who she was gonna end up with (although I won't say it because I'm not a dick). The compulsive readability of the first novel is lost in

Okay. So I added this book to my TBR back in 2012. That's 6 years ago! I was 16! So to read it in 2018 at the tender age of 22 ? Ehhhh this book did not impress me. I wish I had read it 6 years ago because I would have enjoyed it much more. Unfortunately my library didn't have a copy of this book and only recently I figured out how to check it out as an E-book. So there was a lot of cringing involved while working my way through this book. The plot was extremely predictable. The ending was way ...more

A decent read but the author kept going back her feelings, and basically + personally, I felt a lot was redundant. I skipped so many pages because I knew how she was feeling already and I didn't need to go through it again. Yes, although she's a teenager and she's in a dilemma but yeah, just a whole lot of unnecessary moping.

Very disappointed with this trilogy. Very predictable and mediocre and tempest doesnt even end up with kona which seriously pisses me off since the first book was all about how they fit as one and as perfect for each other

End fight scene is okay but short

Great books would read them again

I wasn't sure if I liked the idea of Kona not being with Tempest but when he ended up with her best friend I was so happy and excited to see that everything turned out to be the best for everyone

it was alright... wasn't great wasn't bad.
And the ending was a little bit too perfect for my liking ... And it was all very predictable. And just too easy in general.
