I am so excited that christian publishers are giving parents more options in kids activities that have a christian theme. My three year old and I snuggled up on the couch to read the 'story' of Noah's Ark with a huge variety of activities!! It not only has stickers, a game, a spot the difference, counting fun, a recipe, a poem, what's that animal, etc. It was not your ordinary sticker book! It is a bit advanced for my three year old, but that is delightful that a 'consumable' book isn't consumed ...more

I am participating in a Kregel Publication Blog Tour for My Very First Noah's Ark Playtime Activity Book with Stickers by Lois Rock. This 16 page activity book is for very young children that teaches the Noah's Ark bible story. As the title suggests, it's an interactive book with many stickers that help teaches this popular story. Children can develop their pre-reading skills in the areas of letter sounds and counting skills. They are also working on their fine motor, identification and matching ...more

This book is an amazing preschool unit study all on it's on. From discussing the Bible story of Noah's Ark to matching, observation (what's different), counting, motor skills with big and little stickers and more there is plenty to do that I doubt your child would complete it all in one sitting. These are just my thoughts after reading through it alone, but I'm sure I'll have more to say after showing it to my little one.

My three year old loves this and it is perfect for her hands in a hand dex

My Very First Noah's Ark Playtime is the third sticker book in this line that we've enjoyed, and in my opinion, they keep getting better and better. I adore products that teach about The Bible AND include other types of learning, like colors, numbers, shapes, etc. My Very First Noah's Ark Playtime does just that! There's 16 pages of activities(plus a two page spread of stickers in the center). There's matching pages, a "board" game, a poem, a recipe, and more. It will also teach counting and sea ...more

I absolutely love activity books for children and children love cute activity books that involve stickers. I said "STICKERS"! Can you hear the squeal when you say, "There are stickers in the book to the kiddies"?

What is so absolutely intriguing about this book is that in order to place a sticker in its proper place, the kiddie (or Mommie) reads the poem or story. They "fill in the blank" with a sticker. Such fun. And the pictures are funny, charming, whimsical.

Since this is about the Biblical st

This book is a great way to introduce your children to characters of the bible. I still remember learning lessons about Noah and the Ark either through stories or songs made to tell the story to Noah. It's the perfect companion for the car and those long car trips. It would make great gifts for a baptism, christening or any holiday as a way to get conversations started about the bible and God. My kids loved all the activities and the stickers. They spent hours coloring and asking me questions ab ...more

Little students of the Word need extra incentive and encouragement to learn about the Bible. This book will certainly do the trick. It is entertaining, interesting, and super colorful. It is just the thing to capture and hold short attention spans.
Each page has an activity, game or puzzle to not only help them grasp the story of Noah’s ark, but also to help them remember it by associating details with something fun. All of it is written on the level of young children, nothing above their heads.

This is a neat activity book for children, with all of the activities centered around Noah’s Ark. My four year old niece loved going through this book finding the stickers that matched the shapes on the different pages. She really learned a lot about Noah’s Ark because she wanted to hear the story are she placed the stickers. This is really not a story book, but an activity book. Very well put together, with awesome illustrations that will capture your child’s attention.

This is a cute book to share the story of Noah's Ark with your little ones in an educational yet fun way. There are stickers to place throughout the book some of which are able to be used as a game to take the animals to the ark. There are counting activities. There is a fun activity where you make gingerbread and form it into an ark shape.

This little activity book

What a wonderful little activity book geared around Noah that's perfect for young children. There are several fun activities in this book that will capture a youngster's imagination, and entertain them for a few hours. Some of the activities are a nice little board game called "find the animals,"spot the difference, what's that animal, with this one the child takes stickers and matches them up to shapes, which really is a great reasoning game, also this game encourages them to make the sound of e ...more

This is a fun little workbook for young children. The book has a very basic description of the flood, ark, and bringing the animals in. There are two full pages of stickers that belong on various pages throughout the book. Rainy day activities are also discussed. There is one page with a recipe for baking on a rainy day, but it doesn't tell you what the recipe is for on that page. After reading the next page, you find that it is a gingerbread type cookie shaped like an ark that you cut by hand. ...more

This book includes the story of Noah and the Ark along with activities for children to enjoy while hearing or reading the story. The illustrations are bright and the text simply written for young children. What children will probably love most, are the stickers and they’ll have ample opportunity to enjoy them; finding the places where they belong in the story. For example, there’s one page where they’ll be able to decorate an ark with them. I like the fact that the activities are part of the sto ...more

My Review: This fun activity book about Noah’s Ark not only tells the story of how God instructed Noah to build an ark but it includes spot the difference, what’s that animal?, rainy day baking, the matching game, counting fun, stickers and stories all based around the story of Noah.

The story and activities will keep children engaged. The illustrations are bright and bold with readable text. The stickers are not reusable but your child will have fun finding and placing the stickers on the right

A delightful, fun filled activity book. It is geared to young children, and my Kindergartener had a wonderful time with it. He even got his brother, who is 7, to come and play the game with him.
One of the activities is the story of Noah, the child gets to put stickers on the page, and then we identify or I should say try to, choose the Mommy's and Daddy's. Of course in some of them them, you cannot tell!
There is even a recipe to try...and then a ark to decorate with the sticker. So much more i

This is a very cute sticker and activity book for kids. It tells the story of Noah's Ark while keeping children's hands occupied with matching stickers to shapes. There's also a matching game, mini board game, spot the difference game, and counting game!

Kids can decorate a paper ark after using the recipe included to make a gingerbread ark. The artwork and stickers are very colorful. It's not recommended for kids under three years. You should definitely check out this adorable book for the kids

This is another wonderful sticker book that my 5-year-old is eager to get her hands on. The illustrations are colorful and very cute. And the stickers are, too. Unlike your standard sticker book, this doesn’t just tell a story. We do have the story of Noah and his ark. But there are also many activities. Frankly, I’m impressed by how much was squeezed into this relatively thin book! There’s a counting page, a game page, and even a cooking page. Armed with this book, a parent can turn a bummer of ...more
