This is an excellent quick read and easy to follow for anyone who doesn't have time. Despite the short format, there is a lot of depth to ponder about, even for those who have read Ron W. Rathbun's other books. Definitely worth more than the 3 bucks it costs.

This is an instructional book geared for practicing the Keele Meditation. It’s an excellent breakdown of the process and application of the author, Ron Rathbun’s, unique and revolutionary meditation method. I highly recommend.

Easy way to learn how to.meditate

Enjoyed the book and recommend it as a starter. The book is easy to read and to understand. The author has practical advice and this is the strong point of this book.
