About the author

I have been in IT for the last 25 years with 23 of those years focusing on Project Management. I have built 6 Project Management Offices from the ground up using the best practices and core principals of PMI and have been a tactical project manager since 1991.

My latest book (my 4th) is called The PMO Lifecycle: Building, Running, and Shutting Down was published June 2017. This book is a major update to my book The Tactical Guide for Building a PMO. The great thing about this book is linked to an Online PMO course based on building, running, and shutting down a PMO.
