This is a great resource for crafts to do with children from age 3-6. There are also cooking, science, and music suggestions. It gives suggestions for parents to make their everyday life a learning experience for children. There are all sorts of projects to do with children in a group or on an individual basis.

Great ideas, most of them cheap! However, this is just a book of fun and/or educational things to do with your child. It's not an in-depth study of "screen time" or its effects. Though I find the description to be a bit misleading, I picked this up in a used book store, and knew exactly what I was getting...and good ideas, not data, were what I was after.
