The Title of this book can be deceiving. It's not really a book full of ghost stories. They are more like stories of sunken ships backed with historical facts and somebody saw a ghost. Based all on the hard work and research of the author you will like this more if you want a story about how a ship sank than if you are wanting to be scared by ghost stories. Still interesting to know about the wrecks that I live by.
Not a bad book, but I got fooled by "Ghosts" being in the title. This book is more about shipwrecks than ghosts, but they were still interesting tales/stories. I grew up in Toledo and never realized how dangerous the Great Lakes were, especially 100+ years ago...very scary!
