A great little children's horror book about a boy who finds a device that links him to a 'reaper'. The boy becomes a reluctant 'watcher', a connection between the living and the dead. He eventually strikes it lucky and rids himself of this burden. This book has large print and is not very thick, so a child could easily get throgh it in one sitting. The language is easy to understand and well-relatable for kids.

This tells the story of Greg who wakes up one day as normal only to find that his world is never going to be normal again after he picks up what he thinks is a lost mobile phone.
This science fiction story is aimed at younger, reluctant readers but, despite that and the shortness of the book, it has a believable protagonist and antagonist and a twist in the tale.
