If you're interested at all in medical imaging technologies, this books your primer. Wolbarst does an excellent job of presenting the technology in laymans terms without actually dumbing it down. A rare skill for sure! I look forward to reading it again. My only complaint is that the info in the book is a little dated and an updated edition would be most welcome. Regardless, my curiosity about medical imaging has only been further encouraged, and Looking Within is responsible.
