Drawing on Seka's 25 years of experience, the book mixes case studies with practical advice that enables the reader to recognise the problems that can lead to ill-health and learn how to manage their energy to protect themselves and start the self-healing process.
I like the message of the book, which I find very informative and eyeopening, but I think the testimonials from people who have been healed by Seka were placed in a way that disrupted my reading experience. The testimonials were very similar, which led me to wonder if it's really necessary to include so many. There were also some typos in the book and (I believe) excessive use of exclamation marks. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I found the author's personal suggestions on nutrition problematic as some of them are blatantly contrary to what the latest science-based research shows.
However, the author has a beautiful gift and I really appreciate how she uses it to heal herself and others, and shares with the world by writing it down. I don't regret reading the book, and I will find more books on the same topic thanks to her.
Zanimalo me što to autorica ima reći o svom iscjeljivanju. Malo sam bila skeptična jer uvijek čitamo, tamo o nekom daleko tko ima neke moći da iscjeljuje. Pisala je o svojim počecima, ljudima koje je izlječila od raznih bolesti a priložila je i pisma zahvale pacijenata.
Trudim se biti otvorena prema svemu, uvijek nešto novo naučiti i prihvatiti ono što mi se čini logičnim. Tako sam i iz ove knjige prihvatila: da moramo više slušati sami sebe i osluškivati svoju energiju, raditi i živjeti ono što volimo, vratiti se prirodi i što više se maknuti od tehnologije u svom domu, jer u suprotnom dolazi do blokade energije. Izbjegavati negativne stvari, situacije i ljude, hraniti se zdravo, disati i meditirati.
