Look at the looks blue, yes? Yet my students and I all received black and white books; every page (especially the "graphics") looks like someone printed it from the original on a cheap photocopier.

The strategies and terminology in this book are useful for students, but it is organized very poorly and the layout on the page is boring, daunting, and loaded, to say the least.

Chapters aren't broken down well: every chapter covers every aspect of performance, without focusing on small, dig
