It's always sad to me to buy a book secondhand and find a personalized autograph in the front cover. Picked this up at the "friends of the library" book sale and after I got home, I realized that several of the poetry books I bought were autographed and most of those were dedicated to a single person. Not sure if the person had died or moved on, but it just seems unbelievably sad.
