Why the hell are there no photos AT ALL in this cookbook?!?!?!?!?!?! It's freaking cheesecake, for the love of all things delicious! But I LOVE cheesecake so I gave it 3 stars, which is the only reason it's not a 1 star rating. I guess I'll have to get creative because some of these sound so freaking scrumptious.

(However, because of the lack of ANY photos, I won't be purchasing this for my cookbook collection, but I will occasionally borrow it from the library. And that is the only reason I even

So many cheesecakes, so little time. I've read that this book is a scaled-down version of "Cheesecake Extrordinaire" (also by Mary Crownover) without full color pictures, etc. Since pictures of how my finished cheesecake is supposed to look don't really matter to me, I would recommend this book. (By the way, the two books have a $1 price difference, so it's really about if you like to look at pictures or not.) I have the original book called Cheesecake Extraordinaire. This new edition has a chapter of cheesecakes made from yogurt cheese. The only reason it gets four stars is that I HATE when they change the name of a book when it's a new edition!
