This is a very inspirational book about taking care of yourself and being a better early childhood educator. This is a great book for early childhood trainers as it contains a number of reflective exercises that can be implemented at workshops or in classes.

A marvelous little book with optional work-pages incorporated throughout, that I fully intend to complete the next time I read it! An annual read for all kinds teachers, even off-the-beaten path as a piano teacher like I am, instead of the intended audience of preschool teachers!

This book was good, I thought it would be more nature inspired teaching activities instead it was a kind of self help book for teachers. It was okay, I liked a lot of the quotes!
