Caught on Camera
How are the sex scenes?
Varied and with chocolate.
There's a lot of substantive sex and Law
details some while placing others behind closed doors.
How are the story lines?
Didn't see them coming.
The reveals play big parts in this book and they are all unexpected.
"Caught on Camera" by Kim Law is a contemporary romance based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Straight from my notes to this review: Best. Opening. Line. Ever.

A supermodel gets her name dragged through the mud after her affair with a married politician -- whom she thought was unattached-- was exposed. The rat bastard pulled the "I'm just a naive, innocent man who fell for a cunning woman's schemes" card a la Justin Timberlake after the Super Bowl and pinned everything on her. He called her a home wrecker, a social climber, an unscrupulous woman who seduced him so she could one day be First Lady, and bribed every single one ...more

Caught on Camera is Kim Law’s debut novel and yes, I’m a little late in the game. I actually started with her Sugar Springs series then Turtle Island as they released in the past. Kim Law is an auto-read author for me and since Caught in the Act releases this month; I obviously need to catch up. I will confess, I’ve read the ARC for the second installment as well and IT IS GOOD! IMO, both novels are stand-alones but I still reco ...more
Sometimes you want to get away from all the craziness and escape into a world where the people are gorgeous and the girl always gets the man. That is my reason for reading romance novels usually. Lucky for me Caught On Camera was the quinessential romance novel and more. Each time I placed my eyes on the book I was instantly drawn into the world of Vera Zaragoza and JP Davenport and their attempts at refusing love until it hits them smack dab in the face.

Another great read by Ms. Law! She has become one of my auto-buy authors. Her writing always touches my heart because her stories are emotionally charged with characters I fall in love with. Caught on Camera does this so well. I could feel the anguish Vega felt about herself because of her past. She was more concerned over what her past could do to J.P.'s career than gaining her happy ending. Her willingness to put him first at great personal heartache, brought tears to my eyes.

I know I would love to go out on a date with JP Davenport; he is a sweet, romantic hero that will do anything for the woman he loves. So different from what we think of politicians to be or the playboy he is known to be by the community. ...more
Vega, is a honest, realistic an strong character. She carries her shameful secret an does her best to
A. Stay out of the public eye both solo but importantly not with JP
B. Tries to keep it light/ her distance with JP
JP on the other hand is a complexity of the mask he wears, cold, private an indifferent.

I really enjoyed this book and loved the chemistry between the characters and I felt I really got to the core of who they are and I became invested in Vega and JP.

So this was in ok read for me. I just couldn't get over Vegas character. I understand going through a rough time but she took so long finding the courage to face her past that it was just annoying. It was clearly obvious where her happiness was and she just insisted on standing in her own way. Glad the JP had the sense to be persistent and ocercame his fears as well. It was.about time he stood up to his mother, because that was another issue that was annoying. He knew good and well he didn't w ...more
I've been meaning to read this book for years but I have a Kobo and it was never offered so I finally broke down and bought through Kindle I'm so glad I did I totally enjoyed this book couldn't put down Reddit in 3 days The Love Story between JP and Vega is awesome and the fact that they have to overcome fears of feeling inadequate even though they're beautiful people seem very real to me I would highly recommend this book in fact I'm going to go out and buy the sequel to the Daven ...more
I really enjoyed this book. But the lead characters had a little to be desired. Vega was wishy-washy and needed to grow a backbone, JP was a pushover but at least youfell in love with him. But would have given this five stars because it's a great story well written if I just like the lead character more
Kim Law your the one. You're moving up near my top five favorite authors. I loved this book. The characters and their families and friends were almost real. I recommend not only this book but all your books. I can't wait to read another one💟
Vega just doesn't have great luck with men. First, she has her career derailed because of a scandal, and now she has to get an interview with Mr. Playboy himself, JP Davenport. Not only is JP yummy, but he is also following in his daddy's footsteps, and going into politics. As Vega attempts to get her much needed interview, JP just may seduce the pants right off of her. Should she jump into politics once again? Did she not learn her lesson the first time? As the two get hot and heavy, ca ...more
