Very nice work. Only 30-something pages of the study itself, and then about that same amount of space devoted to footnotes. Deep look into the meaning of each clause of this hymn, exploring all kinds of various possibilities of interpretation, while still maintaining readability. What is interesting, however, is that a couple of his conclusions differ from his later commentary on Philippians in the TNTC series.
