This book is indeed one of the great health books I've ever read.

It does not only talks about just meal plans but also values such as discipline, hard work and trust to oneself in terms of exercising and workout. Change will always come from a person and not forced by just books, or videos. It should come from within. If you want to say fit, the best key is discipline. And this book gives you that.

Everyday, one of my email folders is bumped with thousands of spam emails coming in from nowhere, most of it, guess what, and I know you're aware because we receive almost the same types of spam emails- about "HOW TO's on LOSING WEIGHT!!Of course for most of us who know the game, we just simply ignore it.
