Here's how much I love my son: I am so incredibly bored by these superhero books, but even though I was at the library without my boy today and could have picked out anything for him to read, I went to his beloved superhero section and picked this book out. It was one of only two in the section today that he hasn't already read, so I figured we'd try it. But then I got it home and he told me the reason he hasn't read it yet is because he's been purposely skipping over it because the villain looks way too scary. Oops. The Silver Banshee IS really creepy. I asked if he wanted to skip this one, but he insisted we try it. He has been asleep for several hours now with no nightmares yet, so I'm hoping we're in the clear!
