I enjoyed how there were facts in this book about little animals I didn't know about. There are some animals I didn't even know about, or that you could keep some of them as pets! I am pretty sure they left out a few extremely small animals because there is one I know about that is about the size of an adult finger, but it did not appear in this book. For the animals they did have in there though, I really liked how this book was laid out and the information it provided for young readers.

A nonfiction easy reader title that introduces readers to a handful of teeny tiny animals. Each two page spread features a paragraph full of fun facts about an animal mirrored by a full page, full color photo of an animal. Photos and text are displayed atop brightly colored digital backgrounds making this a great title for display or sharing with a young child.

Filled with large photographs and easy-to-read descriptions, this book highlights animals that are unusually tiny. For instance, a baby pygmy hedgehog can fit inside a spoon. I loved the Sand Cat found in the Sahara Desert, too small to leave tracks in the sand. All of the creatures on this book's pages are adorable and interesting, and I'd like to know more about them.

This is an engaging, fun fact book that delivers information in an enthusiastically toned, easily accessible format. Subject matter may be considered ‘special interest,’ but not to the point of exclusivity; most children will love learning about animals tinier than they are while looking over the up-close photos that accompany each entry.

If you like seriously cute animals, then this is the book for you!

Showcasing some of the tiniest animals - from a Fennec Fox to Jerboa (the last of which is a tiny jumping rodent! :) ) - this is a great book for bed-time stories or a mid-afternoon after school story too.

This book delivers on its promise of meeting some of the smallest and cutest animals around. A fennec fox and a bumblebee bat! Adorbs! I appreciated the detailed information, the cute photos, and the glossary at the end.
