Eh. It was alright I guess.

I wouldn't say there is anything too revolutionary in here if you have been sorting through the various diets and 'eating plans' circulating the libraries. But if you are looking for something closer to the start of your weight loss journey, this is not a terrible one...though I do think a lot of it could be chalked up to experience and common sense.
