This is a 'guys' book. Not that women can't enjoy it, but instead of references to types of flowers or clothing colours, adjectives had a lot to do with souped-up cars and guns. There's also plenty of violence, car chases, and a bit of sex.

Chris is running for his life. They've tried to kill him twice now- his wife is dead thanks to them and he is now accused of killing her. OTOH, he did kill the group of guys that came to his house to attack him with his bare hands, so he's not just a victim. T

**Received my copy of this book as a Goodreads giveaway**

Didn't have much in the way of expectations before beginning this book. Didn't know the author and the little snippet on the back of the book was fairly vague. However, from the first chapter my attention was held by the writing style. The Rogers was very descriptive and it was easy to develop a mental image of the surroundings as well as the action.
