Lots of sensible advice here. Loses a point for having possibly the cheesiest use of stock photography I've seen in a while.

Note: my copy does not have the tagline "Banish Back Pain Naturally". I wouldn't have picked it up if that had been the case. It gives a well rounded account of all treatments for back pain, sensibly and non-judgementally.

Good advice. Nothing particularly new, except for a thorough description of a number of horrible illnesses that I didn't know that existed, and home my adolescent hypochondriac step daughter never sets eyes on.

I suffer from back and shoulder pain, so I decided to flip through it today while at the library. I ended up reading every page. It breaks down the anatomy and physiology of the back, shoulder, and neck with really helpful images. The book covers a ton of back issues as well as how to treat them. There are plenty of exercises with visual instructions I found most useful. Definitely recommended for anyone who suffers from back/shoulder/neck pain.
