HIS-AND-HERS FAMILY by author Helen Lacey is a Harlequins Special Editions release for January 2013.

When Fiona Walsh found Wyatt Harper stalking her, she decided to take matters in her own hands and confront him. What she found out was so shocking that she literally fell to her knees.
Tall, dark and handsome, Wyatt was there on his niece’s behalf. But would Fiona agree to his request?

And to make matters worse, Wyatt found himself attracted to Fiona. She also found her body tingled and vibrated by

This was one of the sweetest romances ever. The love and compassion was simply beautiful. And so very well written by the author. It made me bawl my eyes out so bad, and that believe me only happens when a book is really good and I feel really connected to the characters.

The story about Fiona and Wyatt finding each other was so beautifully brought to life by the author that I could feel the emotions of anger, hurt and confusion of past mistakes of the characters. It was like the the author was

Excellent book. I really liked both Fiona and Wyatt. Fiona had given her baby up for adoption because at fifteen she was in no position to raise a child. But she had never forgotten her and always hoped that someday she would see her again. When Wyatt came to her with Cecily's request to meet her, she was stunned and incredibly happy. She was also very nervous and wanted to do everything right to make sure that she was someone that Cecily could be proud of. She did not expect to be attracted to ...more

His-and-Hers Family (Harlequin Special Edition) by Helen Lacey

This is the third book in the series and again it deals with a very emotional issue. I hope I don’t give away too much of the plot in my review.

In His and Hers Family we finally learn more about the baby that Fiona Walsh gave away at the tender age of 15. She grew up with a selfish addict of a Mother and a Father she never knew. When she becomes pregnant her Mother “if one could ever call her that” drops her off to live with a Great

I hate to sound so critical and picky but after waiting 15 years to find her daughter the first thing Fiona can think of doing is being in control of how Wyatt and her would discuss things not about being very open and more friendly. She sends him off. She also fell in love a little too quickly, I think just a few days after meeting Wyatt.

TOO much of the word sensible used to describe people. If I remember correctly in this series, Evie was the one that was describe as the sensible one but this

Australian romance. Young woman gives her baby. Said baby's (now teen aged) handsome guardian seeks her out to meet her daughter. Some tragedy, drama and some getting over stuff. Everyone ends up happy.

It took me about 3/4 of the book to really get into this, but then I really liked it. I wish there was more of a sense of place in this.

About Helen
Helen Lacey grew up reading Black Beauty, Anne of Green Gables and Little House on The Prairie. These childhood classics inspired her to write her first book when she was seven years old, a story about a girl and her horse. Although, it wasn’t until the age of eleven when she read her first Mills & Boon, that she knew wanted to write romances. Her parents’ love of travel meant she
