This started off strong with an abusive relationship and dashed dreams. The accident was a surprise and the author wrote about the aftermath with emotion.
You pretty much know who she'll marry at the end of the book early on. There were no big switches or obstacles so large that there wasn't much suspense.
It was a quick read. I really wanted to like it after the first few pages but it fell apart. I would give this author another chance if I saw another book.
