Big butts and fat thighs are simply metaphors for those things that we dislike about ourselves. From cottage-cheese thighs to the belief that we are a failure because our position was eliminated, our big butts too often become our big buts.

With humor and insight, Big Butts, Fat Thighs, and Other Secrets to Success shows us how to accept our vulnerabilities and actually use

At first glance, this book seemed really silly. But since reading it, I've realized that I've taken the concept away from it and applied it - and it works! Nobody likes "Miss Perfect" and disclosing your "Butts" can really help co-workers, friends, family, etc. understand that everyone has flaws.
