"Those Who Provide" by Jaq D. Hawkins is an odd little fantasy short story, where the main characters are goblins. Nala is the narrator and hero of the story. Unlike many Goblin stories, this one did not have gory scenes of warfare between them and Men or Elves. Instead, it draws the reader into a situation where a young goblin is in danger and the instinct to help him becomes almost unbearable.
I for one will be reading more stories by this author.

Just accidentally found this short story for free on Amazon. I have to say that I liked it better than Dance Of The Goblins. It is quite a charming little story, though very short. That gives me hope that I might also like the later books in the series better than the first one.

Wonderful tale on a genre I am totally unfamiliar with! This author has me hooked as I love her style of writing. I will be getting more on the goblin series and I love her approach into this new fantasy realm! Endearing main character! Highly recommended for a look into the author's beautiful writing skills!
