Found this one hard to put down even though some of the content made me a bit uncomfortable. Sometimes thats a good thing!

What a powerful story. It grabs you from the start, where we witness first hand the vicious attack. The story never lets go, as we witness the beginning of healing, as well as the beginning of a thirst for revenge. This story is fast-paced with a well defined cast of characters. I am excited that it is part of a trilogy, as I want to continue following along.

Carol "Pixie" Brearley was born in Florida, raised in Brooklyn/Queens NY, and moved to upstate NY in her early teens where she now resides.

A stay-at-home mother to three she chose family over career and does not regret a moment of it because it allowed her to bring The Dark Angel Trilogy to life.
