I hope the rogue Mogadorian they're talking about is Adamus. I like that guy.

Are you kidding me? Another cliffhanger? ANOTHER freaking cliffhanger??? When I started I was deliriously happy.(view spoiler) There I was dancing around like it was an actual person whose not-being-smashed-to-a-complete-pulp I was celebrating, while my mother stared at me like I was crazy. Then I got to the part where things started to get bad (I k

The Lost Files about Adamus helping the Garde without their knowledge is amazing. Favorite character.

So. That was... okay. But still awesome seeing Sam only for a little bit. Can book four hurry up please?

The Search for Sam is the fourth novella of Pittacus Lore’s Lorien Legacies: The Lost Files, which continues Adam’s (or Adamus’s) adventure after he was nearly killed and abandoned by his father at the end of the third novella, The Fallen Legacies. We follow his living in Africa (where Swahili is spoken – Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Uganda – there somewhere), back to the Mogadorian estate and

Oh wow, oh wow! I know the next installment in the Lorien Legacies series isn't out 'til August but I am stoked! This spin-off has got my heart pumping blood like never before! Reading the summary months ago, I thought this book was going to be about Adamus and Malcolm Goode and I was right!
Set in the middle of I Am Number Four and later, The Rise of Nine it tells us what else has been happening while the Garde are busy wiping out the Mogadorian race. It answers a few minor questions fro

Sigh... so now Sam has been reduced to a character whose fate will only be revealed in these stupid e-books. Seriously. Would it have killed Pittacus Lore to have actually had some freaking plot resolution in Rise of Nine? Or does he not have the necessary Legacy for that? Honestly...

In short, totally awesome!! :)) #_#

Search for Sam was the best lost files so far. Adamus' character is one of the best things the writer did with the series (In fact, Adamus right now is behind Number 9 as my favorite male character. Though nobody can't beat Six's character :P). Before Adamus, I thought all Mogs were just an endless amount of nameless faceless emotionless murderers, nothing more. Adamus' story changed that. While the book didn't focus much on what I w

Oh dear Adam! I am so proud of you. You're so cool! I found him so interesting here rather than the previous books.

This book or rather some of these short stories are starting to look like one book that has been split up into chunks. Because usually these type of short stories are just background to the main book, but this is something you should be reading.

Well Adamus is my favorite character. I guess the author is better at writing grey characters than the Loric. Damn, One (view spoiler) ...more

Adam, the rogue Mogadorian who has become sympathetic to the Loric after spending some quality time with One's memories, has survived and is reluctantly returning to the war.

His journey takes him back to the Mogadorian compound where he pretends to seek redemption, while he is searching for a way to keep One "alive". (view spoiler)

“Besides, I don’t want to run from my own people anymore. I want to kill them” Adam is such a beautiful character. I just love him so much. He's so kickass when he develops One's legacy but yet he is caring for her. I was almost crying when she left him forever. It's just not fair and she needs to be brought back in the next book just so he can be with her. I loved his character development throughout his journey. At first he was loyal to his people, then he grew to question them, then to knowin ...more

Attention Lorien Legacy readers. This book is a must read for you. Why? Because it explains some of the side stories that was never mentioned in the first 3 main books. Who would ever thought Malcolm was lingering to Paradise all those times after Henry discovered the laboratory of Malcolm? So good isn't it? And who have thought Malcolm appeared in Sam's doorstep just week after he left with Six and Four. *Giggle*

Anyway, This book is the best of all the mini series released! I started to admire

Another book extra about Adam, the Mogadorian who turned away from his own people because he cannot take the kind of evil they were doing. I somehow feel bad for him because he's kinda pitiful (even pathetic) chasing after One when in fact he more or less know that One was just made "alive" because of the her memories. But what can he do? One is his only friend, the only person who could understand him. So it gladdened me when he met Malcolm, and finally he had a real person and friend to intera ...more

Another in the side stories of the I Am Number Four series. This one is again focused on Adam the Mog who betrays his people to help the Grade. Which puts it a notch above the beginning books. This book tells the tale of how Adam and Sam's Dad, Malcolm, come together get to know one another enough to trust each other and help to rescue Sam. A nice tale and one that is both short and easy to read. Still think that these should be joined in a larger format with more than one story in the book so t ...more

One of the best story lines in the history of I Am Number Four. It was so damn touching. At first I was like what? This Mogadorian again? but then it justified itself and brought a heart-wrenching story of an outcast, like most readers are.

“I survived my fall down the ravine. I survived the implosion of Ashwood Estates. I wasn’t even conscious then, and Malcolm said something kept us from being crushed, that it was as if some force kept us safe as the world fell down around us. Third time’s the charm.” 7 likes
“One," I say, my eyes filling with tears. "I love you."
She nods, smiling, then reaches forward to touch my cheek. She's crying now too. "If I'd lived, I think..." she says, "I think you really would have.”
