In the first volume of this series, we meet the heroine, Ririko. She appears loud-mouthed and confident in the beginning, dressing extravagantly and dyeing her hair blond, but we gradually learn that she used to be extremely straight-laced and only started being herself after she came to Tokyo and escaped her mother.
