Very insightful in to how Filipino expats view on Filipino cuisine, culture and lifestyle. But rather disproportionate in that most of the writers are based in the US and Europe whereas most Filipino OFWs are based in the Middle East and around Asia. Some of the writers that were once based in those regions did give some glimpse as to how they are able to recreate their favorite Pinoy dishes.
I love also how this compilation sheds some light into the Pinoy diaspora, especially how they are coping with their life in a foreign land.
