“It was a classic,age-old story.Girl with sucky superpower of tracking demons through psychic visions needs protection from aforementioned demons and their ravenous attempts to flay her alive, but she doesn't want to arouse the suspicion of her thankfully clueless family.”

Add to the package some hexy knights,a serial killer's treasure,a mysterious new character with questionable fashion taste,Greek gods, mummies,a pet demon,a kinky sex pentagon, wrap them up with a smoking hot Ayden preferably

All hell broke loose and released drop dead…gorgeous hotties including one blonde super gorgeoulicious Adonis in one-piece skintight leather suit. (Not a very pretty sight, after all! Haha) Wait, it’s supposed to be about demons, right? Yeah, them too. Lots and lots of demons sprouting from underground, poofing from the air, dropping from the sky and leaving gore-a-licious tr

This is just so amazing! I enjoyed the first book so much, and I can't deny that the second book was even better! I loved the story, the humor, the action, and best of all..the characters! It's because all the characters here and their relationship with each other were well developed..except for,well..Aurora's favorite!(Matthias)
I loved the MC's,their families, their friends, and even Aurora's aunt who I really find mysterious, but also funny and witty.(Looking forward to know more about her on the th

DNF 30% - NO RATING. I'm officially giving up on this one. I just don't think this series is for me. I definitely can see why people would like it. It's got a harem of hot young boys/men (The Hex Boys), a heroine, and lots of action with demons. I'm probably just getting too old for this type of book. So don't let me stop you from trying it! :)

Also, for some reason I thought this was reverse harem and it doesn't read that way. The MC is still only interested romantically in one of the guys and h

Looking at my old review....I can't actually say that this one is any different. I still loved the same parts, some parts still dragged on in the details...and I still absolutely love the characters!

That cliffhanger though, damn. I can't wait for Book III, like, I really, really, really need it!

I know I've said this over a million times, but I'm gonna say it again. THIS BOOK IS EXTREMELY AMAZING AND MUCH MORE INTRIGUING THAN THE FIRST ONE, Demons at Deadnight!!!

The story picked up shortly after the cliffhanger in the last book and it was really fast-paced. Lots of twists and unexpected moves from the characters, including our six lovely hexy knights and a smart-mouthed, crazy redhead Babe, Aurora. Of course, th

What happened to the Seventh? Who's Aurora's soul mate/hunter guardian, is it the guy in her dreams? Is the hunk at the end of book 1 friend or foe? I know this is YA but me thinks Aurora needs to be 18 ASAP because this series is in dire need of sexy times between Aurora and Ayden.

Oh, and for the love of all things sacred and original, please please pleeeaaasee no love tri/quad/octoangle!!!

Drop Dead Demons is book 2 and is best to read them in order to enjoy them better. This is just as fun and exciting as book one. Fun, sexy teen demon hunter boys protecting a teen girl with a secret. All with secrets and powers. Demons and some one from the "good" side is after the girl. Also, a guy named Rose is going to kill her if she doesn't find a stone for him. There is so much fun fantasy in here and also a ton of humor. These authors make the most common things hilarious! Smiles and gigg ...more

In addition to epicness that is the first book we got greek gods, crazy relatives, steaming hot (literally) kisses, more ass kicking, demon pets, etc, etc.

Well, this isn't ominous at all. I have a fellow book nerd to thank for this. She is HIGHLY selective with her stars for ratings. This book was one of those that she gave 5 stars to so I picked it up immediately. Unfortunately, picking up and reading it so fast has lead me to want this book more than I need air. Waiting for it actually has me ignoring other things like pretty much every other book that comes out between when I read it and when it finally comes out. If the Kirks need to see viole ...more

Drop Dead Demons continues with the Hex boys trying to protect Aurora from a cornucopia of demons. Aurora tries to keep her identity a secret (harhar). Let's add in Rose, the hot guy who will kill Aurora if she doesn't help him find some mysterious treasure. Trust issues, sneakiness, Gods, hot romance scenes, and hilarity ensue as the boys try to help Aurora find the treasure and hide her from everyone in mandatum society, which is not as do-goody as they all once believed.

They do not know the meaning of second book syndrome, they do not know the meaning a filler book.

Because I got a kick ass sequel with jaw-dropping action, swoon worthy moments, laugh out loud dialogue and just all around amazing.

I don't really have a great deal to say about this book, mainly because I finished it a few days ago and am currently on book 3 and am struggling to differentiate between the two.

What I will say, however, is that I love these books. The characters are all still brill, but Aurora made me cringe a bit in this one, though. I felt like she rushed into things and then had to rely on the boys to save her arse.

And it was worth it. I especially loved how surprisingly long this book turned out to be. And as to be expected, it was full of hilarious moments.

But. There might have been a biiiiit of an overkill with the non-stop action and disaster striking left and right, so the narration tended to be a tad repetative at times. And Aurora, as adorable as she is, might have had a couple of really embarassing moments of stupidy. And another gripe, there's a partial cl
