This has some great information. I always get nervous reading informative books to a group of preschoolers, but the way this one was written in combination with it's captivating illustrations made it a breeze.

My Amazing Body: A First Look at Health and Fitness by Pat Thomas, Hindi translation by Arvind Gupta- Children’s Illustrated Colour Picture Book- the book narrates the story of human body for awareness about fitness, hygiene, for children. Hygiene- brushing teeth, bath, fresh clothes, good diet, physical exercise is necessary for them. Book illustrates role of various parts of the body stomach, intestine is digesting the foo. One important point, the book illustrates that body has self-recovering mechanism against small ailments. This book features full-color illustrations on every page plus a page of advice to parents and teachers. I have read the Hindi language translation of this book.

I think this book was very well written and educational for young minds. I was very impressed by how well thought out and put together it was. I would read this to my own child. The illustrations help children understand and I would definitely recommend it.
