A great overview of family systems theory as it applies to children leaving home, especially within a religious context (the whole last chapter is a theology of leaving home). Most of the book is background material, and it is highly repetitive, so I wonder if it would have been better as a 100-page section in a longer book rather than one of a five-volume series.
