Another great book in this series; all praise from the first book still holds true with this one, so I won't retype it here. The mystery and exploration aspects seem to be more fleshed out in this book, but that's probably because he didn't have to spend the time with character introduction here. The characters evolve nicely from the previous book to the this one (something that Paul seems to excel at). It does contain a few of the old literary cliches (such as kidnapping a loved one, etc.), bu ...more
