Periodically, I like to read JV and children's books and pretend I am of that age, going back to those Halcyon days. I guess the pictures were ok, and so were the explanations. There was just something missing I can't put my finger on. IDK, this book was just so ordinary and stirred nothing in me. What would the 12 year old me think? or the 8?
