Terrific book! All the recipes are easy, healthy, delicious, and make just enough for two or three people. Perfect if you don't like eating leftovers and are tired of wasting money throwing away uneaten food. The Parmesan-Glazed Chicken recipe is to die for!

Within the first few months of purchasing this cookbook I had made around 50% of the recipes, and have since increased that to nearly 80%. There were only two occasions where my sweetheart or I felt that the dish shouldn't go on the 'repeat' list, which is a great record, especially as compared to the other 'cooking for two' books I have. Great results come with basic skills, and the focus is on fresh ingredients as opposed to canned or frozen.

I love that this cookbook is focused on the recipes.

I am having tremendous success with these easy-to-follow, easy-to-love recipes. I am getting over my kitchenphobia nicely. I recommend this because the recipes have nutrition information and are geared toward healthy lifestyles, without cutting on the taste and filling corners.
