This s appropriate and helpful for anyone who is grieving the death of someone close. There are sharings concerning the deaths of parents, grandparents, and children, among others. Though the subtitle speaks to the first year of grieving, those who have been experienced deep grief know it is often the second and third years which are the toughest. Grief is never "done"; though less acute, it is always with us.
