A must read...

This is an essential read for anyone who wants to learn about the actual science of nutrition and how it impacts overall health. Yes, it's not easy... not by any means... but it's essential if you want to learn about how nutrition actually works.

This does not seem to be intended for the average person but for a researcher/scientist and my rating is reflects its benefit to its intended audience. There is a good amount of detail regarding macronutrients/vitamins/minerals but that is a relatively small portion of the book.
