What is good about this book is that it does not assume any fore-knowledge of anatomy. The photos are great and it even covers palpation (manual location) of the various muscles as well as sections on nerves and blood vessels. It's a great resource but I had to ding it for lack of an index. I don't see how such a book could omit an index, which for me is a required feature of any good reference book. I get irritated every time I open it and can't find what I'm looking for with only the contents.
