Sylvie Kurtz is a master of intrigue. From the very beginning to the very end, she managed to keep key pieces from you, even when the characters figured out most of what was going on, you were still in the dark until the revealing action happened. My friend gave me this book a little bit after my 13th birthday and it is the first romance book I have ever read. It got me hooked on them for life! I loved every minute of it and it's a real page turner and full of suprising twists. I'd reccomend it for every book lover.

This is a new look at an old story - only reversed. The story takes place in a Texas castle (go figure) and involves family secrets, deep dark dungeons and a budding romance. Who can resist a quick read like this one?
