Amazing book! If you think that you or your loved one has workaholism, this is THE book you need. It covers all the aspects - reasons, family dynamics, defence mechanisms and great practical tips on how to overcome this addiction! The quiz in the beginning of the book says it all - try it if you are not sure.

Completely blew my mind and made me rethink my relations to others and trajectory personally and professionally.
Only note - Please consider skipping the chapter on familial relations -- while it seems like it should be necessary, it did NOT age well and has extremely outdated/offensive ideas.
