This book was required as a college course and I am grateful it was. People today are looking for a quick fix for health and weight problems and often times detoxification is overlooked. But, it's important to know how to properly detoxify so you don't cause more harm than good.

There are some good ideas, but find the author rambling on without clear objective on or conclusions. Perhaps a little outdated as well as some heavy metals can be detoxed as opposed to 10 years ago.
